Special thanks to Honorable Edward A. Bobrick, Honorable Morton Denlow, Honorable Edward Burr, Honorable James F. Holderman, Honorable Charles P. Kocoras, Honorable Banche M. Manning, Honorable Frank Orland, Honorable Alexander P. White, and the law firms of Jenner & Block and Sonnenschein Nathan & Rosenthal for the use of their courtrooms.
